Meet the team

After graduating from Texas Tech, Brandon’s official position began in 2019. Brandon is primarily responsible for company culture, growing the firm and bookkeeping. He is also Permian’s in-house barista and loves talking to clients.

Melissa has been with Permian since 1998. She primarily handles scheduling, transcript production and transcript billing. Mel is extraordinarily precise in her day-to-day duties and our fantastic track record of service is largely due to her.

Ashley has been a CSR since 2004 and started working with Permian later that year. Ashley was the first reporter to work for the Lillys and her kind attitude and prompt transcript delivery make her a joy to work with.

Cathy has been a CSR since 1993 and started working with Permian in 2010. Cathy is highly experienced in depositions and also court. She has a very unique sense of humor and her one-liners will have you laughing for days.

Stephanie has been a CSR since 1998 and started working with Permian in 2015. She loves talking to attorneys and sharing stories. Her strong work ethic, quick production time and happy attitude make her invaluable here at Permian.

Susan has been a CSR since 1988 and became the owner of Permian in 2012. She’s an expert in exhibit handling, keeping track of court reporting law and being there to support everyone who works at Permian.

Martin started as a videographer in 2016 and is currently enrolled in court reporting school. He’s well known for sharing a laugh with everyone he meets and his pursuit of court reporting will undoubtedly make him a key player in Permian’s future.

Stephen started as a videographer in 2019 and is also a certified drone pilot. His polite and inquisitive nature makes him a great person to be around. His drive to constantly learn has also advanced Permian’s video department and set us apart.
